Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OR-360 and the AssureOps platform. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

Last updated: March 2026. These terms apply to all subscribers and users of OR-360 and any other AssureOps products.


1. Who we are

AssureOps Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the OR-360 service transition management platform and the AssureOps website at assureops.uk. References to "AssureOps", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to AssureOps Ltd.

References to "you" or "your" refer to the organisation or individual subscribing to or using OR-360.


2. The service

OR-360 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for IT service transition management. We provide access to OR-360 on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. Features and functionality may evolve over time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Free trials and access: Where we provide trial or free access to OR-360, these terms apply in full. We reserve the right to end trial access at any time.


3. Your subscription

Starting your subscription

Your subscription begins on the date you are granted access to OR-360. By subscribing you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation where applicable.

OR-360 is available on the following subscription tiers:

Full details of each tier and current pricing are available at assureops.uk/#pricing. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Upgrading or changing tier

You may upgrade your subscription at any time by contacting us. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.


4. Payment

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance depending on your chosen billing cycle. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate where required.

Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details. If a payment fails, we will notify you and allow a reasonable period to update your payment details before suspending access.

We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period — they take effect at your next renewal.


5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to OR-360 until the period ends. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use OR-360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.


7. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into OR-360. We process your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Notice.

We will not sell your data to third parties. On cancellation or termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

Where you are an organisation based in the UK or EU, we process your data in accordance with UK GDPR. AssureOps Ltd acts as the data processor for data you input into OR-360. You remain the data controller for that data.


8. Intellectual property

OR-360, the AssureOps platform, and all associated software, content, and materials are the intellectual property of AssureOps Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely to provide the service.


9. Availability and support

We aim to keep OR-360 available and operational at all times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may take the platform offline for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.

Support is provided by email at hello@assureops.uk. Enterprise customers receive support terms as specified in their contract.


10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssureOps Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of OR-360, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to access OR-360 ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.


12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of OR-360 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
